Set a higher target relative humidity (RH)

When using Humidification and Purification Mode, you could set a higher target relative humidity (RH) and the appliance will enhance humidification and airflow.

Use Purification Mode

It is suggested to use the appliance in Purification Mode (take off upper water tank) if you would like to improve the indoor air quality in a shorter time.

The filter surface is dirty

When filter surface is very dirty or dusty, it may cause weak airflow. Please clean the filter surface according to the instruction on the User Manual specific for your model.
