My Philips stand garment steamer leaves wet spots on garments

It is normal to observe a few wet spots on the steamed clothes, especially when you just started steaming. This is due to steam condensation inside the head of your garment steamer.

If you are using a mat or a board cover:
Wet spots can also be caused by steam condensation on the mat or board cover after a long steaming session. Please leave the mat or board cover to dry before storage. Replace the board cover or mat if it has worn out.

You can purchase a board cover or mat from a Philips Authorized Service Center.
