My Philips Cordless Vacuum Cleaner is not charging

If your Philips Cordless Vacuum Cleaner is not charging, read our troubleshooting advice below to solve this.
The power plug is not connected properly to the appliance, or the adapter is not inserted into the wall socket properly Make sure that the power plug is connected properly to the appliance and that the adapter is inserted into the wall socket properly. The power plug is not placed properly in the charging station Make sure the plug is fixed properly in the charging station. Check if the plug is angled and the charging station is holding the plug-in place. Code i7 An adapter other than the supplied adapter is being used Make sure that you use the adapter supplied. Code i10 The battery is not properly installed Make sure that the battery is fully pushed into the slot and properly installed. Code E5 The battery malfunctions The battery is malfunctioning. Please replace the battery. The temperature of the appliance is too hot or too cold Store and charge the appliance at a temperature between 5 °C and 40 °C. If you have checked the above and the appliance still does not charge, please take it to a Philips service center or contact us for further support at http://www.philips.com/support.
The magnetic connector is not connected properly to the charging disk or the adapter is not inserted into the wall socket properly Make sure that the magnetic connector is connected properly to the charging disk and that the adapter is inserted into the wall socket properly.
You have not connected the adapter supplied Make sure that you use the adapter supplied.
The Vacuum & Wipe nozzle is attached while charging the appliance on the wall-mounted charging station Make sure that you attach the 360° suction nozzle when you charge the appliance on the charging station.
The temperature of the appliance is too hot or too cold Store and charge the appliance at a temperature between 5 °C and 40 °C.
